Since 2002, the Street Smart program has worked to raise awareness about pedestrian and bicycle safety and highlight enforcement of the laws that protect people walking and biking.
Virginia Triad
Triad is a cooperative effort of law enforcement agencies (police/fire/sheriffs), senior citizens, and senior organizations, focused on reducing crimes.
Alzheimer's Association
Driving requires the ability to react quickly to a variety of circumstances. Because of this, a person living with Alzheimer's will, at some point, be unable to drive. Planning ahead can help ease the transition.
